I’m following these journal entries with great interest as I’ve been to some of the islands mentioned in the dialogue but after the war had ended. I was taken by the 221 Combat Crew Training Sqdn in yesterday’s entry, and remembered doing my combat training with the 4442nd Combat Crew Training Sqdn at Sewart AFB in Tennesee for conversion on to the C130H model.
